C. in 1954, and grew up that area. He became a Christian in November of 1973 while a sophomore at Connecticut College in New London, CT. He received a B. A. in Religion from that institution in 1977. While there, he met and married his wife, Leigh. And while she completed her studies at Connecticut and then received her Master Degree in Special Education from George Washington University in Washington, D. C., Jeff worked as a forklift operator in a lumber yard and then as a food stamp worker for Social Services in Alexandria, VA. After receiving a call to the ministry, Jeff entered seminary in 1981, and graduated with a Master of Divinity, Magna Cum Laude, from Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, D.
