Pyne Tree Enterprises is a maker of tubular and wire forms. Currently, we produce grocery bag racks for TLC International, a distributor for Vanguard and Atlantic. We are a full service company offering a variety of savings to our customers:
- We will manufacture your rack to your specifications.
- We will warehouse your products and ship directly from our plant to your field site.
- We save you secondary shipping costs, warehouse space, and inventory control costs.
- We offer next day shipping on orders received before noon (USA, CANADA, & MEXICO ONLY: overseas: we ship by pallet load directly to you.)
And we provide these services at no extra charge to you.
We will build your product and bill upon completion of your order. We will warehouse your product until you need it.
Currently, Pyne Tree is manufacturing two styles of bag racks: a tubular design rack which has inexpensive mounting features and a standard wire rack. Our thumb plate design offers an exclusive Easy Open Feature which gives our racks an advantage over other manufacturer's designs. Your customers will be happier with your product, leading to increased bag sales.
For new product designs, we request a minimum of six weeks from initial bid to full production. For new orders of our current product, we can manufacture a supply in as little as two weeks. If we have extra inventory, we will be able to satisfy emergency orders.

Pyne Tree Enterprises is a diversified company started with four partners, each with experience in various fields of manufacturing, industrial design, sales, and plant operations. The main manufacturing of wire form products is overseen by Bill Fanning and Dave Mears in their plant which is fully equipped with CAD/CAM & CNC (computerized numerical control) equipment for in-house design, product development and manufacture. In addition to wire form production, Bill & Dave design and build production dies, forming dies, progressive stamping dies, and are involved with all forms of metal and plastic fabrication.
Mark Rath, the President, is a former plant manager for Sonoco and for IVEX. Mark oversees operation of Pyne Tree Packaging, which is a full service production facility for specialty die cutting of corrugated, plastic, and paper products, Point of Purchase displays and design, and contract packaging. Jeff Peterson, Vice-President of Marketing & Sales, worked for several years
in the plastics industry for TLC, Inc., which is now a distributor for Vanguard. He
brings his experience in opening new markets and substantially increasing plastic
use in the grocery industry through customer service programs and sales strategies.
Jeff helped invent an adjustable grocery rack
and left TLC to begin the production of the rack which is now sold to Vanguard
and and to Atlantic Packaging.
A major problem for the plastic bag industry is a reliable source for racks.
