Cosmology - the Study of the Universe
The raging arguments between secular science and the scriptural witness cover such issues as the science of origins of life, the history and extent of the great flood, the age of the creation, Intelligent Design and Evolution.
While many of these arguments have philosophical and ethical components, Cosmology represents the intersection of scientific measurement and theory on one hand and a Christian Worldview on the other.
There are many faithful Christians who are scientists as well, and using the tools of observation, they come to different conclusions on many issues.
